Bill Clintion who accepted the burden it acquired in collaboration with the Haitian government to “reach to implement the vision that (the Haitian leaders) have for their country.”

Former U.S. President will also coordinate the activities of UN agencies, NGOs, donor countries and private donors.

Mr. Ban told Mr. Clinton that those functions required “extraordinary qualities of leadership.
