Hey, you’re going out anyway, so why not stop by the Mellow Mushroom in Delray Beach Tuesday night May 11, 2010 to eat, drink, dance and raise money for a good cause? The nonprofit Food for the Poor’s young professional group will be at the Mushroom (25 SE Sixth St.) from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. to party with the reggae band Jahgydejah and help raise money for Haiti. The Mushroom’s goal is to collect $6,200 to build a house for a family left homeless by Haiti’s devastating earthquake. Admission is free, and donations will be accepted throughout the month.
