I’ve been hearing rumors online, at beauty salons, and ethnic supermarkets about Haitian citizens and the Haitian diaspora considering whether or not Haiti should become the next U.S territory. Some say the Haitian government is so corrupted and incompetent, it should hand it over to the U.S. Well here’s the question, should Haiti become a territory of the United States?
