			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI &#8212; According to the Washington Post, &#8220;The Haitian government on Friday called off the search for survivors 10 days after the devastating earthquake, and moved forward with plans to house 400,000 displaced Haitians in tent cities in an effort to improve abysmal sanitation and scant security while the capital takes the first steps to rebuild.&#8221;  </p>
<p>Haiti&#8217;s government said there&#8217;s little hope of finding more people alive 10 days after much of the capital was reduced to rubble.</p>
